I recently started to learn to use AutoCAD and ran across this great function called Array. You can select an object and make duplicates appear in a rectangular or polar(circular) pattern. As you can see I've having the most fun with the polar arrays. I change the image on a occasional basis, so check back often.
Last Updated(7/22/02). This one started out as the letter M and ended with a Native American structure with Southwestern textures. Hope you like it! The full image is my attempt at a Navajo look and feel. I even went out on the net looking for "Navajo Rug Colors' to use. The smaller image is a modification of the central part of the large image modified to have the look of a sandpainting with interesting shadow effects. If you have any comments, suggestions or would like to be alerted when the graphic is changed, you're welcome to PS: I'm also developing a screensaver using images like these. Drop me a line if you'd like to use it when finished.
Also, I put together an online art gallery with several wings of my other works. Check it out at my online gallery . If you see something that you like, but isn't yet in my online store send me an email and I'll set it up and reply when the work is available. Enjoy,
Mark
