Does it cost more for two-Sided Printing?
There is a $3. per item surcharge if you want a design printed on both sides of a shirt.
Most of the products in the EQuiHex shop are set-up with printing on just the front but you can to request two-sided printing on any item. As long as you choose from any of our existing designs, there is no personalization charge. Just let us know what you want and we will set up the product for you. The best way to refer to any of our designs is to refer to both the item # and product name you want or find the design you want on. Make sure you let us know which design you want on the front and which design you want on the front.
For example: I'd like to order item #24545323455, the Dressage Junior Raglan with the Eventing design from item #343435444 on the back.

Design too big, want smaller pocket-logo printing ?
Love the design but find that a shirt with a huge design on the front is too much? Most of our shirts are set up with a large design on the front, but we do have the option of printing a smaller logo on the left side of the shirt. By default, this is how the Jr. Hoodies and the Polo/Golf shirts are printed, but we can do this on any item at no extra charge. Just you want the small "pocket-style" design instead of the large, front design.

Do you do requests & Custom Orders?
See a design you like but it's not on the product you want? We will set-up the design/product combination you want at no extra charge. Just what design you want on which product and we'll add it to our store and send you the link. Remember to use the product number you have seen the design on when you . For example: I'd like the jumping design on product #243435643 on the white maternity t-shirt.
We also take requests for horse breeds, sayings etc. If you have something in mind that you do not see in our store, let us know what you're looking for and we'll see what we can do.
There is no charge unless you need something personalized. For example, a request for "Thoroughbred-Saddlebred" would not incur a charge (unless you need a specific font color/style) but "Windy Hilltop Thoroughbreds" would be a personalization because it is customer-specific.. Do you do personalization?
Yes! We will personalize shirts or license plate frames for only $1. per line of personalization (above the regular price of the item). If you request something generic in a standard font, we may waive the fee because the design might be something we will keep in our shop. For example: "Thoroughbred Horses Rock" would not incur a charge but "Smith Thoroughbred Farm" would. If you want a line of personalization printed on the back of a shirt, the charge will be $4. additional ($3. for a two-sided printing and $1. for the personalization). How do I order a custom item or a personalized item?
your request. We will usually respond within two business days.
You will need to be as detailed as possible. To refer to any of our products or designs, send us the item number. Don't refer to "the Dressage design" because we have several designs that fit that description. Instead say, the Dressage woman's t-shirt, item # 338348949378. For personalized items, we need to know what font or font style you want, in which color and if it is to be in all capital letters.
We will set up the product for you and send you a link where you can view/purchase your item.
Unless we make a mistake, we will not make changes once the product has been set up. We can't "try" something just to see how it looks or to change designs because you change your mind. Any changes will incur an additional personalization fee.
