under letters patent. No responsibility
can be assumed for use of the

concertina. In particular, anyone
busking while wearing the distinctive
Maccann clothing but actually playing a
concertina of some other design may very
likely be liable to prosecution for
misdescription under the Trade
Descriptions Act should a
discerning audience become aware of
